Shipping at Checkout
Enter your shipping address during checkout to view the shipping charge applicable to your order before you place it.

Track Your Shipment
Once tracking information is available, use your tracking number to follow your shipment's delivery progress.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are shown during checkout after you enter the required shipping address information.
This allows you to review the shipping charge together with your order total before placing your order.
Enter your delivery address at checkout. The available shipping information will then appear in your order summary before the order is submitted.
Order Processing
After an order is placed, it must be processed before it can be dispatched. Order processing and shipping transit are separate stages of the delivery process.
When shipment tracking becomes available, the tracking information can be used to follow the package after dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery time can vary depending on the destination, carrier, transportation network, customs where applicable, and other conditions outside the normal order process.
Tracking information is the best way to follow the progress of a shipment once it has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier or customs delays can occasionally affect the final delivery date.

Once a tracking number is available for your shipment, you can use our Order Tracking page to check its latest delivery status.
Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipment is prepared. Carrier tracking systems can require time before the first tracking event appears.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Before placing your order, check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit information where applicable, city, postal code and country.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched.
Delays & Tracking Issues
Shipment movement can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, transportation disruptions, customs processing, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If your tracking information has not updated or you have a question about an existing order, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can review the information available.
